Infinite Pads: A Perfect App for Worship

Perfection! Ok, I know I said perfection... But for FREE, this app has everything you'll need. With a smooth (crossfade) transition for starting/stopping and transitioning between keys, 5 different sounding pads, and basic EQs, you get the low pass for free, which controls how bright the sound is.

Buy extras for only £5, a one-time purchase, and you can control the crossfade time, ranging from 0s to 10s. You also get additional EQs on top of the low pass, including high pass to control the deep/bass, and 10 different sounds. Solid!

It seems so simple... and it is! All it does is open fifth drones, sort of a cross between a Mellotron and a Magnus Chord Organ. But that's not right, as neither of those (unprocessed, of course) have things such as 10-second crossfades between pad changes or the nonresonant, tone control-type filter pair. You discover pretty quickly that this is a deeper sound-dive than you'd expected. Sure, more features might be nice, but it does its one trick extremely well!

Literally found this app by accident. I was getting ready to purchase a very expensive guitar digital pedal online, dropped my phone when I picked up to proceed with my purchase, looked at my phone, and was on this app. Way cheaper and does everything I was looking to do. It's going to be perfect when I have to lead worship with just a solo guitar. Quite the quality app. No fluff, no ads, just what you need. I happily paid for the extras!

My only question is, is there some way to develop a low-power version? It seems to eat my battery. So far, it's been a great experience. Very usable default sounds and a simple-to-use interface. One suggestion for the developer: perhaps you could introduce a simple looper, as it would be great to use this as an accompanying instrument to a guitar.

So nice app, but I have two requests for future updates. Firstly, that the app can make multiple sounds at the same time. For example, when the key of D is on, you can layer other keys on that. Secondly, that you can change the sounds when long-pressing the chords and change it from your phone storage. It's a simple, functional app.

There needs to be a close/exit button, as closing the app is a pain. Also, it would be nice if you could play the root only. I'd take a star off, but it's free and has no ads, which is worth a lot.

Perfect app for worship. It would be better if the response of the faders of the filters should be by the motion of the fingers and not by the point of where my fingers touch the faders for smoother adjustment. But overall, it's an awesome app.

All I was looking for. Beautiful sounds, slow transitions and fades when changing keys or turning it off. It's a masterpiece, and I hope many discover this app. I have already recommended it to friends at church.
